I picked up Animalia from my parents' house yesterday and sat down a bit to chat. My dad was sitting with the Animalia across from me and my mom. Animalia was staring at us. My mom hugged me and petted my head and said "Look, Animalia, this is my baby. Your mama is my baby." And the Animalia made a sad sound and the corners of her mouth turned down in the most perfect frown.
She was fine after my mom stopped teasing her.
It was hilarious.
